How Delivery Works for the Challenge
To keep things simple and flexible, we offer two delivery options depending on how you choose to pay for your challenge.
Meal Deliveries
All meals are prepared fresh, vacuum sealed using advanced packaging technology, and delivered in our custom “Fridge in a Box” insulated packaging with dry ice and ice packs.
This ensures your meals arrive cold, safe, and ready to be transferred straight to your fridge or freezer — with no freezer burn, excess water, or loss of flavour.
Option 1: Once-Off (Upfront) Payment
If you choose to pay the full challenge amount upfront:
- You can request to receive all your meals in one delivery, or
- Meals can be delivered monthly (30 meals per month) on the same date each month
If you don’t contact us with a preference, meals will automatically be sent monthly, based on your original order date.
For example:
If you place your order on the 24th, your meals will be delivered on the 24th of each month.
Option 2: Monthly Payment Plan
If you choose the monthly payment option:
- Meals are delivered after each monthly payment is successfully processed
- You will receive 30 meals per month
- Deliveries follow a consistent monthly schedule linked to your payment date
Supplement Delivery
Your challenge supplements are packed separately and delivered via courier in a standard branded brown box.
