First Step

Your order is submitted to our kitchen and will be made within the next 24 hours or the first business day in the case your order has been placed over a weekend or a public holiday.

Second Step

The food packages will now be frozen before sending your order for collection from the courier company.

Third Step

Once the order is frozen and ready to be couriered, we will send you an updated order mail with the tracking company’s details and a tracking number for you to be able to track your order for collection.

Local Pickup Orders

With the local pickup shipping option selected, the same procedure is followed with step one and two.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our healthy meals all over South Africa. No matter where you are located within the country, we ensure that your meals are delivered right to your doorstep.

Orders < R3000 are charged a flat rate of R150 for delivery anywhere in South Africa

Orders > R3000 have FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa

*Tip: Try adding a Small item like collagen to activate your free shipping if you are close to R3000 but just not quite there yet.

We take great care in maintaining the quality and freshness of our meals.

We use specialized insulated boxes and dry ice to keep the meals frozen throughout the delivery process. This ensures that when you receive your package, the meals will still be in their optimal frozen state.

Orders are package and processed 1-2 working days after confirmation & payments, delivery takes between 2-5 working days depending on your location.

We offer weekly deliveries throughout the country. Our delivery schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday. However, please note that we do not deliver over weekends or public holidays.

Products, Storage & Use

We take pride in our advanced meal sealing technology, which keeps the meals incredibly fresh and extends their storage period. With our high-tech sealing machine, we recommend that the meals be used within 3 months of their production date. This ensures that you can enjoy our delicious and nutritious meals for an extended period without compromising on quality.

Once you receive your meals, it's important to transfer them to your freezer as soon as possible. Simply place the meals in your freezer until you're ready to enjoy them. Each meal is individually packaged, making it easy to grab one whenever you need it.

Yes, all our meals are pre-portioned to provide you with convenient and balanced servings. We take into consideration the nutritional value and ensure that each meal is carefully prepared to meet your dietary needs.

While we do not offer entirely customized meal plans at the moment, we have an alternative option called the "build your own" package. This allows you to have flexibility and control over your meal selections.

With our "build your own" package, you can pick and choose the specific meals you want from our menu. This way, you can create a personalized meal plan that aligns with your preferences and dietary needs. We believe this approach provides a balance between customization and convenience for our customers.
