Store Your Meals

Keep them in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed, eat within 1–2 days.

Heat And Enjoy

Thaw it overnight in the fridge. Slide off the sleeve, leave the clear film on and microwave it in the tray for at least 2 minutes, until steaming hot all the way through. The tray is not oven or air-fryer safe.
