The caramel pudding is very tasty and I find it’s more easily prepared with just a tiny whisk than the other two flavours. Takes will power not to overdo the portion size.

I love making it on a sunday as desert and my children love it.
It works perfectly in my overnight oats. Just add some chia seeds and unsweetened almond milk and you have a brownie overnight oats!!!! Feel free to add some sugar free choc syrup!
